Conveniently located at neighbourhood of luxurious hotels resorts shopping centre at Ng Ann City Orchard Road within walking distance covered pathway to Orchard MRT and free shuttle bus to Shangri-la Hotel Apartments Hotel Jen and Tanglin Mall with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets library cinemas entertainments groceries sundries postage services and amenities nearby. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get some eye drops. When arrived wanted to scan for the trace together. There are some staff standing around talking to each other. Try to catch their eyes and managed to and ask them if there is a QR code to scan. They just said there is non and look at me with suspicious eyes.
I checked out some stuff outside the stand and went on inside, their eyes followed me a while. Felt uncomfortable with them staring so went to the pharmacy section instead.
After I got my eye drops, the counter staff was really friendly and nice. Overall, not a good experience except for the counter staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experiences in Watson NGEE ANN city , I was in queue while doing payment , the staff at cashier was doing nothing while I’m queuing , when till my turn , the staff attitude was so frustrating tell me to join into another queue behind. I was like , why not the staff tell me in earlier until reach my turn , told me to do so . I have been purchasing product from Watson all long the year , was unpleasant shopping experience ever I have been encountered !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It may be a big store with wide varieties of merchandise but the staff are generally not so helpful and warm. I am most disappointed where some of the promotion voucher cannot be used in this main store. I would recommend shoppers to go to other outlets as there are many along the whole of orchard road.
