★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always crowded with waiting line outside of restaurant due to strict SMM for the inside capacity.
I usually queue to take away as I rather eat it hot & fresh versus delivery which may cause the food, especially fries to be soggy. Also, didn't want to wait for seats as some diners may be happily enjoying the Aircon after food. Nothing wrong with that as the restaurant do not set time limit for in-dining.
The queue moves pretty fast at most times. Understandably that this stall is always crowded as it's nicely located above Braddell MRT station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got my order wrong and I was left running back to work with 4 melting ice-cream cones that should have been chocolate covered. They also have a bad habit of saying that they can't help me with whatever I want with that fake smile on their faces. Go to the one at Toa payoh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for 6.30pm delivery 2hr+ in advance, and at 6.30pm the restaurant to called to say it would be 30 min late because no delivery drivers. Finally at 6.55pm, food arrived. The fries were cold and the rest of the food was lukewarm, not sure how since the restaurant is literally only 5min walk away. Adding 1 star for bothering to call, even though the call came when the order was already late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this outlet wasn't that great. On 5 June, about 10ish pm, I stood at one side of counter, obviously seeking help. But the staff, old and young, just went about their work, not bothered to help at all.
I spoke to my partner about it. His reply 'never has been good in the first place'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McDonald's were all good as a Singaporean though I am not very rich and able to afford on food. But still McDonald's were all good.
The franch fries should be all good fried and served hot and ? ? Nice. Served us with a good pack of ? fries do! Thank you McDonald's! Keep up with the good work!
