★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swiss Efficiency and friendly staffs. They have 1 visa counter, and 1 lady officer taking in visa application. Most deffo understaffed but service provided was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We still enjoy thinking back to our Singapore time, on which the Swiss School takes a big part in. During our stay from 2011-2015 our son attended the Playgroup at the Swiss School in Singapore. We had a very good experience with the school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person that the visa counter is being difficult with my visa application. She also tries to humiliate me in front of her new joiners, using my application as a case study when it contains very confidential information like my salary, bank account statements etc. Plus, she didn’t get my approval on this. Very bad experience here and feel like she’s treating me like a convict. It’s not like I want to apply for a visa if not for my business application

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff gives good advice on visa application although they are clearly overloaded with work..they keep the smile on and help in the best possible way. Many times different documents are accepted for same purpose,the staff was considerate and got one document printed. There is a photocopier which is awesome, otherwise in other embassies there is this hassle of going out and coning back in.. place is beautiful but diffult to access by public transport. Wish they can add photo booth just in case!!..overall swiss professnalism and friendliness was experienced even before leaving Singapore!..keep it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accompanied my friend for her student visa. The location not easily accessible but very nice embassy with a lot of trees. The asian lady at the reception that served us is really friendly. Always give a beautiful smile even when my friend asked a lot of questions about her visa. She explain till my friend is happy. There is a copy machine that you can use for free. I think it’s very useful. I can’t say the same for other embassies. This is the best experience I had with European embassies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to walk nearly 1km after MRT while it's easy to find following google map. For my case, Singapore PR with Chinese passport takes like 4 days to get travel visa. Officers there are nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful place for an Embassy. Away from the busy city center, lots of greenery and silent peaceful environment. Probably one of the nicest embassies I've ever visited. ? ❤ loved my visit there and I actually walked all the way back to the bus stop just to enjoy this beautiful environment.
