★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visa application is strictly until 11:30am only. But their clock is 10 minutes advanced. Hence, all visa applications are until 11:20am (no 1 minute late) only Mon - Fri. If you missed 11:20am, you will need to go back the next working day. Late comers are not entertained. So time your visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the help desk and spoke to a female staff, she was beyond rude. I spoke nicely and politely and her attitude was so unbecoming. I politely replied thank you and she just hung up the call on me. How do you work as a customer service support if your attitude is totally not in check?
