★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were helpful and polite. The appointment system online was quite misleading though. It doesnt differentiate between walk-ins and applicants with appointments, so I ended up arriving earlier but still joining a queue of 30 plus pax in front of me. ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here a couple of times for visa matters. The older aunties and uncles are quite rude for no rhyme or reason. Encountered one aunty on phone and when I was collecting my visa the uncle responded to my request for clarification rudely. His response was inaccurate too. If you can't answer it, it's fine. No need to shout, we live in a civilized society. The past interactions with the younger ladies are fine.
Overall the embassy is pretty backward and operates in a pre-technology era, no online system, email correspondence only, no printers or copiers, cash only, etc. Queues tend to be long for any visa application (this was the case pre and post COVID).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience dealing with the embassy regarding visa. The toll free line and embassy enquiry line were handled by staff who knew what you need and provide appropriate relevant response. Enjoyed speaking to them. Exceeded expectations!
Visited the embassy today with scheduled appointment. From the security to the counter staff, everything were systematic and super efficient. Left the embassy in 10 mins, smiling. (Parked 20m away from entrance of embassy, since we are scheduled visitors, it doesn’t appear to have problem)
