Why do you publish an unreachable phone number. I’ve been calling for 2 days in a row at different timing, tried to connect to different departments just to get someone to answer. Calls are either rejected, redirected to voice mail or ignored. i’ve been patiently waiting to no avail, i’m starting to get irritated with your ring back, not fun at all.

Services either person or online. Very inefficient, website to book the appointment is not working at all. Maybe it’s time to update it! Contact numbers are not working at all! Maybe you can add more line to better serve your country men in Singapore. Please do something with your poor services. If you want us to book appointments via online then please fix it. It’s a complete waste of time to keep on reloading on a broken sites.

Been there just now. Just ruined my day with the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff at window 8. She does not conduct herself well in dealing with customers. As such, I believe she requires customer service retraining. It's also hard to hear her as she tends to mumble. Meanwhile, the cashier staff is commendable as she is professional with her conduct towards customers.

Staff in counter 8 was extremely rude and unhelpful today. I politely asked questions regarding validity extensions as I need to travel in the upcoming months and my partner was able to get it done on the day itself previously. The lady kept giving one line answers and would immediately gesture me to sign the form even after not answering my questions properly. If the process has changed, it would have been helpful if that was explained to me, but the lady clearly didn’t want to give me at least 2 minutes of her time to properly explain why this wasn’t allowed, at least not anymore. The bare minimum service the staff could provide is to at least be able to properly explain things without gesturing to the people they’re trying to help as if they were at a marketplace. The staff and the embassy are more or less a representation of the country, therefore they should at the very least talk to people properly and politely. Please rethink the type of people you hire, or at least have them undergo proper training.

Election is upon us and the staffs were very helpful and accomodating. The event is/was well organized. The downside was that there wasn't any social distancing being implemented. In general, the place is quite clean and organized.

Having a confirmed appointment means like having an entry ticket only. Afraid not, but be aware that you must wait for almost 3 hours from your appointment time before getting served for OEC processing. Only 2 counters open as usual. Still have a lot of room for improvement.

Super rude counter staff and I can’t believe that I need to wait for 3 hrs for a simple contract verification. What’s the point of booking an appointment online when upon reaching there, we still need to take a queue number and wait? Waiting for 3 hrs is absolutely ridiculous as there is only 2 counters open only as well. They should definitely restructure and streamline the whole process.

Went there today on the18th October 21. The embassy is quite easy to locate and it’s quite crowded in the morning. I reach there 10 mins before 10am (my appointment time). I was served by a nice courteous man namely Lette or Litto ( don’t know if I have the correct spelling) whom has helped me through the process smoothly though it take quite some time. I’ve completed everything by 1.10pm. The embassy is quite clean and should avoid going in the morning as it will be crowded. My advise is get your necessary documents ready before you go there as the photo copy machines is DIY. Have to pay by card not cash.
