Arranged for a test drive and when I reached at the appointment time, I was told there would be a 30 to 45 minute delay because they are unable to move the car out of the showroom.
If an appointment has already been made, wouldnt it have made sense to arrange for the car to be ready for a test drive to avoid wasting people's time?
