★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously bought a Prada Clutch and the logo 1 year later peel off with bad quality. However bring to Prada outlet in Orchard ion was serve by Ella with rude manner and show kind of attitude with no intention to serve you. We need to literally walk over to them and 3 of them gossip in one corner.
During my collection date , I was serve by Choun a nice guy and full of knowledge and solved all my enquiries. Compare to Ella was such a disappointed experience.
Will not purchase and visit prada again for their quality, the Prada brand is getting bad to worst.
The male staff there is more attentive then the female statf. Thank you very much Prada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, as usual. I dressed an unknown shirt n t-shirt with my croc and a market tote bag. Just to see how Prada think of the kind of shopper.... To my miracle, they don't look down on me but I have spoken to one very helpful lady, Zoe. She was very professional. She did not go for a break or lunch as I told her I am otw. We just waited with my words. Well I bought a small Prada bag collection. Wow is cost me $3.6k. But still no regrets. Look for this lady she is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service by salesperson, YiChao! I came to the store first in early May to browse and YiChao came to serve my friend and I, even though we are just looking around. He provided good knowledge and suggestions on the different bags, was willing to take our details to update us on any new items. 1 week later, despite the Phase 2 measures recently, he was willing to go an extra mile in helping my purchase via telephone and arranged for same day delivery! Super impressed with his service, very friendly and down to earth, the item was wrapped so nicely. I highly recommend YiChao if you were to visit the Prada Ion store :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, well maintained store. Service staff Ella if I remembered correctly was attentive and showed us the available men’s wallet or card holders available.
She explained well enough about the product that I was looking at. Checked and handled the new piece carefully while also serving a drink to me and my fiancée.
Am happy with my purchase and will definitely check out this outlet more often.

Of course, nothing else matters when you are at Prada. It’s just filled with wondrous things.
