I had a packed schedule and I had to rush back to the Ion location where I knocked into their glass door. Bad service that wasted my time and may cost me a hospital trip for stitches.

Bags are usually over stuffed with office files, used almost every other day yet they have never had any issues. Have been a loyal customer for 7 years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended for everyday use. It's light comfortable and easy to care for.
