★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. I was desperate to rent an oxygen concentrator for my dog and Edmund immediately arrange for a home delivery. Came in around 30mins and got everything set up. Also explained to me how the oxygen concentrator works as I am very new to this. They also don't hard sell you accessories that you don't need. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accompany my friend to buy his CPAP machine at 1pm near the lunch time closure. Though I didn't buy but show interest. Edmund, the staff in Hougang still served us. He was very friendly, patient & helpful to explain to me the usage & maintenance of the Apex XT Auto CPAC machine that I was interested in. Let me try the mask which I bought later for my future CPAP machine. Explained the pro & cons of different mask types & models. I would like to comment on his superb customer service. Hopefully he gets recognised for this by his company. Good job Edmund. I definitely buy from him in future & recommend potential buyers to him??

Edmund showed a high level of professionalism when I came in to send my 4 Yr old Phillips Respironics dream station for the manufacturer’s recall.
He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions satisfactorily . Edmund not only provided an excellent standard of service , he was naturally warm and friendly , a quality generally lacking in Singapore’s service industry . It was generally a very pleasant experience for me. Thank you, Edmund !

Patience with good explanation and kindness in all mannerisms.
It's a blessing that Erikg has employed such a good staff. He should be upgraded to train and manage more staff to spread the same spirit throughout the organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using the oxygen concentrator. Was recommended by nephew. Eugene provided 5-star service. Went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my 94yr old father who had pneumonia, receive the concentrator in time. He was very informative and thorough in his instructions. Concentrator was very easy to use and the rental is very reasonable at $100 per month (excluding accessories which were reasonably priced as well) Highly recommended. Excellent before and after sales service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a oxygen concentrator from ERIKG after a friends recommendation. Their monthly rental fee is hands down the most competitive in Singapore. Like seriously, you cannot find any cheaper rental than them.
I first contacted Eugene who was very patient and kind in answering my queries although I called on a Sunday! Thereafter, his team member Edmund, continued his good service amd delivered the machine to my house the day after. Like Eugene, Edmund is a proper guy. He came on time and was both professional and well-mannered. I was new to the machine so he took me through the steps to operate it and was very detailed with actions to take in case of malfunction.
All in all, I am very surprised with their attitudes and professionalism which at their level is hard to come by. Glad my friend recommended me to them. Now, I recommend them to anyone who needs their products or services.
