She will remembers the various products I’m using or had tried before. Does making purchases so much easier. She will make recommendations & gv advise but she is never pushy. I will travel to Scott Isetan to make my purchase cos of Cynthia even thou I am staying in the East.

She is very professional and knowledgeable on her products , yet friendly and polite . Love her so much ,always understand what I need and the products that she recommended always suit me.
