β β β β β Very high quality bread and a great variety and choice! I believe the pattisier is from Japan as I heard he talking with a Japanese customer in Japanese once. Just like everything else in Isetan, itβs got this Japan quality and their bread will never let you down. Itβs really reasonably priced given its quality and itβs the best I could found in Singapore so far.

β β β β β My 2 stars rating is the Bakery cashier services. The bakery is good as always! The female cashier staffs services are getting worst. There were a few times that the female cashiers were chatting with each other while serving me. Yesterday was worst, Vivienne, one of the cashier was rude. She throw the breads into the shopping bag and yelled "next" while I was still at the counter. I hope someone will look into it.

β β β β β Best Ginza chocolate bread by far. It is soft, thick yet chewy. The aroma of chocolate hits you first when you open the bag. Very high quality. The bread is baked and sold at specific times on the timetable. I bought mine at 4+ pm. It sells out quickly.

β β β β β I loved their bread esp earl grey lemon but today had a bad experience with apple cheese tart. Apple smell like stale fridge and bite into 2 small pieces of black glass itβs just not food but hard like glass

β β β β β The cheese bread and chocolate bread that they bake fresh and sell at specific timings (found on a board in the shop) are my absolutely favorites. Must try!

β β β β β Very good variety of bread and pastry around at Orchard area. However prices are on the expensive side for bread . Please continue to introduce new flavours to this outlet ??

β β β β β Iβm a fervent fan of lemon/citrus bakes and am thoroughly impressed with Johanβs Lemon & Earl Grey Loaf. The refreshing scent of lemon hits you the moment you open the bag, and Iβm delighted to see a generous amount of citrus peels dotting the bread, adding on a slightly chewy texture to the otherwise pillowy soft bread. The distinct earl grey aroma lightly perfume the loaf, complimenting the bright zesty flavour profile from the lemon ?!
Lemon & Cranberry Loaf was good though it still comes in second behind the Earl grey. Not only did the pop of red from the cranberries helped aesthetically, it also gave off a tinge of tartness and was slightly chewy which gave off a better bite. Lightly heat it up in the toaster and youβd get a crusty exterior.
Absolutely love the Chocolate Croissant as well, always pinching at one when I made my way to the kitchen from my room to refill my cup, and unknowingly finishing them all. Mochi wise, I prefer the flavoured ones from Mini Ones at takashimaya heh

β β β β β Love this bakery. Location is so close to our hotel and literally within a stone throw. Bread has perfect chewiness to it and not overly sweet. All cheese breads that I tried are particularly yummy. Highy recommended!
