★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer experience! Waited more than 15 mins and no proper explanation given. Facial therapists no where to be seen. The facial experience wasn’t fantastic either. Been a loyal customer of the product but I honestly wouldn’t pay $208 for such facial experience.

She was very patient answering my queries about the product and I was convinced after the demonstration done by her. I was impressed how effectively it removes the eye make-up, definitely i will recommend more friends to get this amazing product. Great innovation!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious store with good service. I’ve always bought skin inc products from Sephora but decided to step in today to see if there’s a better promo if I buy direct. Been using the daily dose calming serum for the past 2 months to combat maskne with the Tri-light device and am really pleased that it stopped the monthly breakouts. Staff Juliet was really helpful in recommending products- bought 2 serums at 15% off and she gave me samples and a complimentary 45min facial which is really pleasant. My face feels clean and radiant. Didn’t know they have facial services, will buy direct next time. Thanks so much! :)

I always look forward to my next treatment session at Skin Inc. I know my skin is in good hands with my beautician, Eppie. I really like how she monitors my skin condition, customises the treatment and shares with me skincare knowledge.
