★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sale staff is very friendly and know the product well, able to satisfy you with good discount and free gift. Bought one set of Pen Cai just before CNY, but the quality of the free gift is unacceptable, the coating of the cooking pan dropped off after two weeks of usage, not sure how much of coating already eaten. Eu Yan Sang need to ensure the quality of the free gift and protect her customers' health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought these Pu Erh Tea leave capsules a couple of years ago fr Northpoint City at Yishun. Taste is bitter probably because it’s raw tea leaves. Service at the branch has always been good and staff are both experienced and helpful in advising us on chinese herbal products sold in-store. Products are fresh & although it is somewhat abit small in retail sizing, we are still able to find most of the dried herbs that we are looking for. Recommended.

Different types of supplements were sold here. There were also honey being sold here- which I was interested in.
The staffs was friendly and approachable.
The entrance to the shop was uneven due to the slope on the ground.
