Coslab® Beauty Spa - Northpoint

Bought a Fave voucher and visited the outlet. Was expecting subpar treatment with extreme hardselling - as with all other beauty spas - but I was pleasantly surprised. The beautician (a pity I didn't get her name) was exceptional. I felt SO at ease throughout the entire session with ZERO hardsell or promoting or "topping up" for extra products/services. After the treatment, I was expecting and dreading the hardsell but nope, NONE OF IT HAPPENED. The counter lady very kindly explained to me a few packages for Fave users and I only had to politely reject once and that was it, they thanked me and I left. And bcos of how good the service and staff were, I would even go back for treatments in future via walk-ins. Highly recommend.

Had my full body massage on 23/3/22 at Coslab Northpoint and I was quite disappointed with my experience. Wasn’t relaxing at all though i remembered having a good experience when i came for the first time back in 2020. 1. The moment i entered the spa there was an unpleasant burning smell (they were burning incense in an enclosed space) which made me hold my breath almost the entire time there - so much for a relaxing spa. 2. The masseuse that i got was quite rough and she was rushing throughout the session like she couldn’t wait to get this client over and done with. Her massage wasn’t even that great - felt painful at certain areas and i even felt some cramping at my leg area after the session! Of all the massage spas I’ve been to, I’ve never had such a bad experience that i couldn’t wait for the session to end! Am not gonna mention her name (so far can’t be found in previous great reviews, guess i was just unlucky). I was the first client of the day so i hope this gives Coslab Northpoint an idea who my masseuse was and retrain her or smth.

Noor did the Javanese massage for me and I had a great experience. The strength was the nice. She would check if the strength was ok, very caring throughout the entire session. She also explained my muscles issues to me patiently. Highly recommend Noor!

Highly recommended hydration facial & eye bo jin with Jessi .She is very professional with her skill, massage & knowledge about skin care. Overall experience was really very satisfying! Thumbs up for her .Will definitely be back for more facial in the future.

The lady who served me, Joe, is a very professional lady who slowly explains to me her steps when she's performing the treatment. I don't do facial treatments often but the service was comfortable. She is also able to advice me on what I can do after the treatment.

Have had two facial sessions done by Xiaohui so far. After 2 weeks of the first facial, I could definitely see a huge improvement. During the session, she patiently explained every part of the procedure and gave advice on how to better care for my skin (it worked!) She also asked if I was comfortable throughout the session. 100% recommended, especially since she's very friendly and professional!

Had Repair massage done by Noor and I must say I had the best massage ever. She helped to release most of the muscle knots and the strength exerted was just right for me. I really felt more relaxed and less tensed after the massage. It was definitely worth spending a bit more to get the best service and it was really worth it! Can't wait to try the royal guasha the next round.

I had a very good massage by masseur Lisa. She’s very knowledgeable and skilful in clearing the knots in my body, which left me feeling very relaxed after the massage. After the massage, the ladies at the reception shared with me on the available package, but they were not pushy in getting me to sign up packages. I would have gladly signed up if the packages are more pocket friendly and fits my budget.
