★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought popcorn from Raffles today, there are 2 lady staffs, the one who serve me is a friendly lady, but the casher lady (with spectacle) is not happy cos she asked me to buy 5 packs or more, end up we only bought one because of her attitude. When I make the payment, she doesnt even want to take the money from my hand, another lady then help to received the money, and when i asked her whether the payment is done, she just straing at me and she don't even want to answer my question. I think the casher lady should change her attitude. Can see that the casher lady is a senior staff, but her junior staff's attitude is better than her.

The staff there are so nice and helpful. They offered me every favours to taste before i buy it. I turned out bought 3 big packs and 1 can because every favour are great! I m afraid i will finish it tonight and come back tmr for sth else!Ha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The caramel popcorn not evenly coated. 50% of the popcorn taste like fresh pop without coating. Salted egg yolk flavour taste taste normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly lady staff and the tasty popcorns are: sour cream and onion, butter caramel (or simply caramel), matcha chocolate. Cost is definitely way more expensive than if you buy it in JB but then you are in Singapore and the booth’s rental cost is probably 3x higher too. Staff even explained some bottles are more worth because they are slightly heavier due to the contents.
However dropping a star because the promotions were unclear and quite misleading . And the actual free items from promotion are not enticing.
