★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looked after by a very helpful sales person at the Raffles City Lamy shop. It was also through serendipity that they took delivery of a Bauhaus Blue Lamy 2K on that very day I dropped in. The shop was well stocked and the sales lady was very good - a very positive shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience here. I was interested in purchasing a pen here and wanted to try out the different nib sizes, but was told that this was not possible. Only after further enquiry (and lack of initiative on the retail associate’s part!) did she approach her supervisor about tester pens, which were in fact available for customers to try. The associate also insisted on conversing in Mandarin which I was not comfortable with and was on her phone while attending to customers. These issues were rather unacceptable and I left without purchasing anything.
