First facial experience with Freia. Treatment performed by Eugine (apologise if misspell your name) was fantastic. Such amazing hands and great patience. She even went to the extend of explaining each step and how the treatment will benefit. This is the first aesthetics which did "No Hard Sell" at all.

Had my first facial at Freia Aesthetics and it was a very therapeutic experience. I was assisted by Wendy who did a skin analysis on my face before the facial and she explained what my skin really needs and recommended the Ultimate Hydra-O2 experience. I was even shocked to see the oily pimples that she extracted out. She was kind enough to let me know the products that she used on my face. No breakouts after the treatment just a bit reddish but it cleared at the end of the day. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Found Freia (along with many other facial spas) through Google while I was looking for unisex facials for my partner & I to prepare for our prewedding shoot. What made me choose Freia over the others was the amazing customer service provided by Tina even before I became their customer! She sent me a very detailed description of all their facial services together with the prices (there are trial prices for first time customers too!) Then came our appointment - our skin were analysed with a pretty cool machine where we could see all the flaws that we never knew we had. We were then recommended to do the Ultimate Hydra O2 facial as our skin required deep cleansing. Yuffy was my therapist. I knew that i was in good hands as she was constantly informing me on the step she was taking next. I felt very assured and comfortable with her as she was also very gentle and gave very good massage! After the facial, my skin was free of any redness and glowing! Tina shared with us the facial packages but there was absolutely no hard-selling. They are very transparent with their prices. In fact, Freia was the first facial I went that told me to go back and consider, compared to other facials where they would put on a black face the moment I hesitate. We were very very pleased with the facial and impeccable service provided by Tina, Yuffy and Wendy. Will definitely be back again before our wedding!

From the booking of appointment, to the consultation, the facial session and post session, the experience was excellent and I didn’t hesitate to take up their facial offers as I know I will be back again, this time with my teens and I will be trying couple facial next. Freia carries top of the line skincare products that are very effective and I have been their faithful online customers for the last many years. Finally tried their facial for the first time today and went with their signature Rejuran facial with Ally. She was very professional and thorough on explaining what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. Left with soft and glowing skin! Thank you Ally, you are amazing! It was a very enjoyable facial experience for me. Wendy, the therapist, explained to me each and every step during my facial. Personally, I felt that it was very informative for someone who tried facial for the first time. Tina, who was at the front desk, was friendly. Above all, there was no hardsell, they did not try to make us commit on the spot. They were actually fine with us getting back to them after thinking through. Will definitely go back there again!

Great service by Eugine, very attentive and professional. She took the time to understand and analyize my skin condition prior to recommendation the treatment which suits me best. During the treatment she constantly asked me for my feedback to ensure the pressure is alright and I am enjoying the experience. Can see immediate improvement after the treatment. I am of sensitive skin type and it was obvious that some of the "red patches" got sooth down immediately. All the staff in the shop were super friendly. There's no pressure to sign any package but really focusing on customer experience Would definitely anyone who like to pamper themselves to come to Freia.
