★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went for a haircut and the hair dresser did a very sloppy job. There are patches where his hair is so uneven. He was charged $13 for such a substandard hair cut. Really disappointed and would never go there again.

She does her job well. She has been checking on my locks to make sure the chemical on my hair is ready to be washed. She still trim my hair for me without extra charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for hair colouring last evening. Just the same colour for my entire head. And when I left I noticed that they were uneven and there were patches which had been omitted. She said it was because it was late in the evening and the indoor lights. I suspect its because she didn't have proper sectioning and was just going through my hair in a haphazard way. This morning I noticed it even more. This was all along my hairline. See pictures.
The lady that did my hair does not have the best customer service either. She was constantly complaining about my hair, saying it's too long, too thick, too much and constantly pushing me to cut it even though I repeatedly told her that I didn't want it to be cut. Would not recommend for anyone that has wavy/curly/thick hair. Also, she kept speaking in Chinese about my hair to her colleague, thinking I wouldn't follow. Not very professional.
