Trusted this place on my wedding day...big mistake!! Lack of skills caused me to be 30 minutes late to my own wedding. One of the most stressful and disappointing experiences ever.

Please avoid this place for hair cut!! Poor service, poor skill! Went to place out of convenience just to trim fringe, ($8). was done by a lady ( Chinese looking but doesn’t speak Chinese, spoke to her in English) that didn’t loosen my messily tied bun to assess my fringe, didn’t ask me what length of fringe I wanted, didn’t even bothered to separate fringe into sections to cut to see if I’m ok with the length. Tried to protest and told her what I wanted, which was straight bangs, she just snipped and my bangs were uneven and jagged. Unbelievable! If they can’t even get bangs right, I really doubt their other skills. To be fair, a nice pretty young lady at the reception tried to salvage situation after I protested, and now I have much shorter fringe that doesn’t blend with the rest of my long hair. Rest of hairdressers at the place, a guy and an aunty remained Nochalent about the whole situation. ? Worse hair salon I’ve ever been to.

Special shoutout to Jimmy and Alan. They listened patiently and delivered exactly what my daughter and I wanted. We are very happy with their service and professionalism.

DO NOT engage gelish removal services from them. I had my gelish manicure and pedicure removal done and was scammed. Soak off was $20 for hands and feet. Sounded reasonable, but WAIT. I had ONE nail extension and she told me it was additional $10. I had my nails cut as well, that was additional $20 each as well. No cuticles removed, just cutting of nails. In total my soak off was $50. All these were only communicated to me at the cashier. I asked her twice if cutting nails was really $20, she repeated yes. What a ripoff!

Great service and really professional. I love that you can really trust them. They will listen to what you want and your concerns and give you the best honest advise without being pushy nor trying to make you pay for something you don’t need. You can see they love what they do. I always feel amazing after any service here, my hair has never looked better and they give THE BEST HEAD MASSAGES. I have recommended to all my friends and will continue to do so. Now everyone in my family comes here, including the little ones.
