★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. A day before went in and ask can i wash my hair and blow dry the next day ard 3pm. Told me ok, can drop by anytime between 2-3. When i drop by ard 2pm. There are 3 people in front of me. Told me they closing at 3pm. Seated me down then tell me cant take me in. What type of nonsense is this? Cant take me in just say so at the door, why ask customer to be seated then tell them they cant take in anymore. Rubbish type of service. I swear i will not go back to any of Okinawa hair salon. First and the last. Gosh, name after Okinawa really spoilt this beautiful island of Japan.

They tell me that haircut 5 times free once.
Today i went to cut, they told me that marking is not available. Ask me to keep pay, i try to Explain with them. They asked me you still want or not, they would take back and drop that card.
