Apgujeong Hair Studio @ Punggol Waterway Point - 83 Punggol Central

I went for a haircut at Apgujeong Hair Studio today. The Assistant Director Stylist, Mr Gio has provided very good service. As I have long and thick hair, he patiently cut and styled my hair. I was very satisfied with my haircut today.

It was my first visit to Apgujeong Hair Studio @ Punggol Waterway Point. I was attended by Hair Stylist William. I asked him for hairstyle advice due to my chubby cheeks and round face shape. He advised and cut accordingly. Very satisfied with the end results. I will definitely revisit again and next time for perming :)

Last 4 months, i was cut by Paul. He is so professional and i love the shape of my hair style. Even after 4 months, i still can see the shape. Today i was cut by Raymond, told him not too short and i wanted to be layered. After he cut it and washed, half way drying, he went to approach a lady and offering some kind of treatment or hair colouring, he just left me half way with wet hair. Paul came and helped me to dry it. I asked Paul if this layered? He said probably need to be shape again, he might not done yet. After Paul dried my hair, Paul left me for Raymond to handle. Raymond came and said done… i was confused and asked if this layered? He bluntly answered yes, done, it’s layered. Honestly i wasn’t satisfied at all with his service. I was so fed up and walked off to cashier, he immediately went back continue talking to that lady again. His service is so bad, no skills, no style. My hair is too short, no shape and no style at all.. i am so regretted that I forgotten “Paul” was the one cut for me previously

I visited the branch at Waterway Point mall and got services from Paul. He not only helped me get the appointment at the end moment but also was very patient till end of my hair colouring process even though it was their closing time. This was my first visit here and I really loved the experience. They also do not try to sell you any packages like others and it makes them more special. They are highly and truly recommended. Thank you Paul for such a wonderful experience?

I absolutely love the hair styling on my hair. The stylist Gio never fails to amaze me on the results ? Staff are all friendly and approachable specially the receptionist lady. While waiting comfortable on the couch chair for my daughters to finish up, I am fortunate to get a free facial mask ? not just one but two! ? Definitely will revisit ?

I was looking to dye and style my hair after many months of neglect. Walked into the first salon (Apgujeong) randomly. I was met with a Korean girl who was more interested in her phone. She asked "Any appointment?" I said "No, do you have any opening today?" which she curtly answered "No!" and went back to her phone. I was about to leave but tempted to ask "Do you not have one single appointment available anytime today?" Reluctantly, she checked and said "730pm". I made the appointment and said I would come back in the evening. But my curiosity got better of me and I went in to another shop and received a totally different kind of service ~ friendly, helpful and welcoming! Of course, I called to cancel the 730pm. Maybe it's a language problem but I think smile, attentiveness to clients, etc do not need language.

We are so glad & felt lucky that we randomly picked Apgujeong Hair Salon at Waterway Point today for our haircut!! No regrets and very happy and pleased with the results! My daughter & me had kept our hair long for sometimes and wanna a change. We walk into the busy Apgujeong and expecting a long wait but to my surprise we are attended right away!! Tat was totally awesome. My daughter was attended by Agnes & I was attended by Raymond. To me, from long to short is really very challenging and it all depends on how skillful are the hairstylists. Beautiful or disaster is just an inch away & we were very lucky ..we were in good hands!! ?? Both Agnes & Raymond are very skillful, professional & attentive. We walked out looking trendy and beautiful!! My girl is totally in love with her new hairstyle & so do I. We will be back for sure!! Gotta tell y’all this.. their price is very reasonable too. No hard selling no package no nonsense.. totally stress free environment with friendly people around. ???? Everything good awesome fantastic ??? Very Satisfied customers here ????????
