Caring Dental Sengkang - 473a Fernvale St

Felt like a visit to a school dental clinic. Not caring, just going through the motion of seeing patients and get it done and over with. My intention was to get my old fillings (with a S) and cavities cleaned and filled. Never asked me what ails me or which tooth that is giving me problems. Just checked and assumed and she only did scaling and patched up the side of the tooth when I also required the old filling to be removed and filled. The dentist told me that the filling looks alright and does not need to be redone. Hello.. who's using that set of teeth and feeling the pain and aches day in and out? She was more interested in the latest movies on Netflix as she was chatting away with the assistant. Oh well... seriously lack of professionalism and I wasn't even on Subsidized CHAS card dental welfare. Paid full in Cash for the sloppy work. Will not return for another treatment... Terrible.. and well it seems that they do not read the review and do service recovery for any of the poor reviews. The visit was few months back but have been reminded once a while by my other aching teeth that the dentist passed over for any patch up fillings... Talk about movies lah.. talk you can talk all day about what's interesting.. ish.. when there is no patient in the chair. cest la vie..

Eventhough its late they still treat me with very gentle and professional work. This is the best dentist that I have encounter. She is very good and treat me well even after long their closing hours. Also credits to the lady at the counter who have been entertaining, patience, advising us and very friendly towards us. Definitely will come again . High recommended . Caring Dental@fernvale. I had an urgent request as my helper was experiencing a bad toothache and they managed to slot me in on the same day. Dr Ting was very skilled in helping my helper extract a molar tooth that had already fractured and decayed. It saved my helper the cost of going for a surgery which cost around $650. Dr Ting managed to carry out normal extraction instead which cost her around $138 including medication. Thank you team SK for coordinating and helping my helper save $$$ and most importantly, having a good experience.

First time visiting this clinic near my home. Dr Huam was an excellent dentist. He was gentle and explained in detail throughout the cleaning process. Kudos to the reception lady too, very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended dental clinic!

I have phobia to dentist, but Dr Regina had over come all my fear.I saw Dr Regina last week, I broke my front tooth, Dr Regina was very patient and nice. She check carefully and explained I need extraction, the extraction was done painless I can say, done within 10min. The price also very reasonable. Bravo Dr Regina…. definitely will come back again! Recommend ????

My friendly neighbourhood dental clinic. Now this is one thoughtful dental clinic. I remember having to go here six months ago for oral cleaning. Fast tracked to six months after, I received a postcard in my mailbox reminding me about my oral cleaning and just a routine checkup. I highly appreciate it. It just goes to show that they really are a caring dental. Very satisfied with my dental care.

I have Overly sensitive gag reflux. Dr and her assistant are very patient to me. Even offer me a cup of warm water to calm me down. I feel very appreciated to them.

Dr Teh and her assistant make my lil boy very comfortable while cleaning his teeth. They keep on praising him Good Job and i appreciate how they handle the kids by saying nicely , good job Dr Teh & Team ?
