★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this brand of shoes. They are beautiful, comfortable and functional. However I was disappointed by the service - or the total lack thereof - when I stepped into the store. I was completely ignored by the staff who was yakking with a friend non-stop on the phone, disregarding customers.
