Kallang Polyclinic - 701 Serangoon Rd

Visit to Kallang Polyclinic on 30 April, Saturday morning, at 11:51am. Safe Entry check using Trace Together is not required. There are automatic registration machine and self test blood pressure machine. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They come to assist you without being asked. This I have to thank all the staffs at the registration, the Consultation Clinic 2C, and the Lab & X-Ray Clinic 2B. I was attended by Dr. Valerie Teo who is careful to examine my trouble hip joint. She sends me to take X-Ray on the hip joint and return to see her when done. She explains to me the details from the PC screen on the XR film and says the XR report may not be ready due to the polyclinic closing hour is approaching. While waiting at the Pharmacy Dr. Valerie Teo took the trouble to come and give me the radiology report. This is excellence services from the radiology staff to come out the report and the doctor personally to pass me the report finalized at 12:42 pm. The Polyclinic closes at 12:30pm on Saturday. . Thump up for all. Singaporean is getting friendly, helpful and courtesy.

Liked this clinic because it wasn’t too busy, place is clean and pretty quick to get meds after seeing the doctor. My husband & I have visited multiple times together. However went there today to find that they only allow 1 parent inside with a child (unless you have a new born) which is the dumbest rule any clinic/hospital could have ESPECIALLY when both parents need to attend to a sick child. Waiting area outside is in the heat, no water or anything. As Singapore opens up , this clinic is still living in 2021 with useless strict safety measurements rules. I don’t see how this makes the hospital a “safer” space when all you’re doing is making it difficult for one parent to attend to a sick child when visiting the doctor. Good job management ??

Had a really pleasant experience at Kallang Polyclinic this morning. It was newly opened and the facilities were clean and new. The process was very smooth, signages labelled clearly and staff are all efficient. Also would like to thank all the staff working today for their politeness and kindness. Especially want to thank Dr Valerie Teo as she took time to understand my symptoms and I can feel how caring she was. Medication and consultation were also highly subsidised. I’m very thankful. Really appreciate the healthcare workers serving our country during the pandemic. Keep it up! :)

I’m so impressed and grateful with how nice, clean and efficient this hospital is. All the floors are labelled and the staff are so helpful. It’s not crowded either. Just want to say thank you to the doc, nurses, hospital management, cleaners and all supporting staff❤️

I waited for an hour to see doctor. But still have 5 more people before me. Asked the staff if can cancel and refund me the money, because they asked me to deposit $53.50 before queueing for consultation. Lucky the staff help me to cancel and return the money. Wasted 1 hour here. It was not only me. There are some other people who were complaining about waiting time as well For foreigner I recommend to go private clinic instead because the consultation is way too expensive. Private clinic costs about $20-25 for consultation which is half price.

Every part of the process was very smooth and pleasant. Maybe because it's new also the whole facility is very clean and pristine, almost feels like I'm in a private hospital. Doctors were also very kind and helpful with my questions regarding my health conditions.

Went in the afternoon on a weekday to have a bleeding infected cyst on my back checked. From check in to collection of meds and payment, everything was so efficient and hassle free, I didn't have to wait at all even without an appointment. Doctor was so nice and patient, he explained everything, I felt taken care of and safe. Very impressed and a genuine thank you to the staff working there.

Kallang Polyclinic open for Registration from 7.30 am - 4.00 pm ( Person who have appointment last registration at 4.30 pm ) Saturday Half Day 7.30 am - 12.00 pm ( Person who have appointment last registration at 12.30 pm ) We can make appointment thru App ( Health Hub ). Health Hub can make appointment for polyclinic and also can make payment. Very convenient. Apart form that, Need to do screening first before entering the Polyclinic and don't forget to do the Trace Together and wear a mask. We fight Covid 19 Together ~ Keep Safe Guys.
