SapphireWindows provides very good quality soundproof windows. Installation was smooth and professional for a window contractor but what impressed me the most was the soundproofing. Able to cut down about 90% of noise from the main road. Would recommend their windows and doors for any property facing sound or noise issues. I have a great experience with Ken & sapphirewindows!

Very pleased with the workmanship of Sapphire Windows and their client servicing - in particular by Alex Leong (and his staff-May Chia). Sapphire Windows' sound proofing of all the windows in my HDB Maisonette Unit in Apr 2022 was a worthwhile and value-for-money investment (thanks to Alex) as my unit is a low-floor unit. And so it was paramount to shut out the noise from human interactions below as well as vehicular traffic. With high quality and aesthetically pleasing sound proofed windows, I'm now able to enjoy quiet zoom calls during my work from home sessions as well as a peaceful night's sleep even when people hang out in the void deck till late.

Sapphire helped me out in my Urban K9 shopfront along Whitley Road. The soundproof glass panels and doors really help prevent noise from disturbing my neighbours. Also gives me keep peace of mind on security as i operate my dog training and boarding centre from the first floor. Prices were very reasonable and great customer service. Great for lively commercial properties!

We engaged Sapphire Windows as recommended by our neighbour and they did not disappoint us. Our apartment is a walk-up apartment. A few great things about them: 1. The soundproofing is absolutely amazing. Lately, a neighbour (terrace house) started piling as they are rebuilding. With the windows closed, the extremely loud noise is drastically reduced and it became barely noticeable. 2. Unlike the conventional alunimium window installers, they were able to install extremely tall sliding windows without top/bottom fixed panels. I dare say we have the best looking windows compared to our neighbours. 3. The glass door we used for the back door is really airtight and waterproof. With heavy rain, there is not a drop of water that has ever leaked in. We have lived in our apartment for 6 months now and we have not even one cockroach enter the apartment via the back door. 4. They are willing to rectify any mistakes or issues with the installation with no added cost. 5. Their installers are always here on time and took very great care to ensure the windows are completely clean and scratch-free at handover. We have zero issues with them. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone intending to install windows and doors.

Engaged Edwin and team from Sapphire Windows after noticing that indeed they are the best rated window specialist in SG. My request was more complicated as I required my wooden board ceiling to be replaced with a false ceiling so as to minimise sound entering room from outside. Nevertheless, would like to commend Edwin for sourcing and coordinating with the other sub-contractor to get the job done. Although the prices are not the cheapest, the product and service have proven to be worth it so far. Warranty is for 10 years and overall effectiveness of sound insulation is 60-70%, which for me is already satisfactory given that my place is beside main road. Highly recommend Sapphire Windows, they know their stuff ?

10 years ago, used Sapphire Windows (SW); was very pleased with their high quality products then. 10 years later, used SW again (after comparing with other competitors in the market) for new work. The quality of SW products remain high. The team's professionalism esp Ken and KC were superb. Ken was esp helpful, he took the effort to listen and truly understood my requirements. The end results exceeded my expectations based on his recommendations. Visitors to my home never fail to praise or comment on the new work done. I continue to recommend SW to my family and friends. We have engaged Sapphire Windows, Alex to install new windows and balcony door for our new place. Alex service is great and very responsive. They may be a bit pricey but the workmanship is excellent.
