★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like how this isn’t the kind of shop where sales assistants come running to you the moment you enter. I was able to browse through comfortably before approaching one of the staffs. I was served by Pia, whom I didn’t realise had loads of compliments filled here till I came to see the reviews! Have to agree with the prompt service. There was no hard selling as well. I’m satisfied with my specs, thank you!

Each visit is a pleasant experience, with Pia and her colleagues providing professional optical, and even aesthetic, advise. Eyechamp’s store is clean, well lit, and appropriately designed, not to mention the reputable brands and tasteful product designs/SKUs the store keeps in its shelves. Will definitely come back for my optical requirements.

The staff, Pia, greet me with a smile and she served me very conscientiously, picking the most suitable frame for my broken spectacles and saving my lenses. Was very happy and extremely satisfied with her service. I came back again today, 16 Jan to buy another frame. The service from Pia is very memorable. She is an example of a good customer service staff. Will recommend friends to support Eye Champ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought this specs from EyeChamps. Within 6 months the coating started to peel. They changed for me a new lens. Again, same problem, within 6 months started to peel AGAINNN. now, there is lots of glare and since it's no longer under warranty, there is nothing I can do about it. Been wearing spectacles all my life and never since such cheapskate inferior quality lens. Buy at your own risk!
