Great gym in a convenient central location and great atmosphere of people. Trainers are very friendly and helpful and make sure you get maximum results.

β€œTHE ONLY EASY DAY WAS YESTERDAY” should be the only thing going through the mind during these sessions. And that’s only IF one is able to think beyond completing the current rep amidst the gasping for air, and watching the sweat beads splatter onto the black rubber mat. The first few sessions will be brutal to most, feeling sore to the core, and wanting to give up completely. In addition, we may brush off one or two minutes of planking as easy-peasy, but at F45, each 20, 40 or 60-sec rep really proves that time is relative. After trying out the different sessions throughout the week, and if I may, there are mainly three types of these high intensity sessions that seek to destroy whatever delusions one may have of his/her own fitness/strength level. - The cardio ones that leaves most panting from the short bursts of high intensity whole-body reps with only enough time to switch stations, and repeating each station once or twice. I believe the ultimate end-goal is to be a Speedy Gonzales and being able to sing without catching your breath, and it won’t be easy. - The resistance training sessions that focus on slower but controlled movements with weights. The targeted muscles, not the lungs, will be the ones screaming by the end of each session. - The Saturday sessions appear to be a lethal combination of both cardio and resistance, and the intensity level - INSANE but FUN. I never knew there were muscles in the butt that can be worked on until last Sat! And slackers (like me) will be quickly identified by the trainers with an β€œOi!” from afar and made to continue the exercises swiftly and properly. Each session ends with high-fives, but most of the time, I’d be struggling to even lift my arm or even utter something intelligible. However, one will certainly feel the difference by the end of the first week - the initial body aches transforming into (almost) feel-good ecstasy, but more significantly, the sense of achievement and the strong desire or addiction to return for more β€œpunishment” for subsequent group sessions under close supervision of the onsite trainers.

I absolutely love this gym, everyone is so friendly and lovely, the coaches are great! It’s challenging at first but I’ve gotten so much fitter for it! Thanks F45 RV!

I’ve enjoyed every session, as brutal as they have been. Trainers are also warm, encouraging and observant, quick to correct posture etc whenever it’s needed, especially Jerlin. Sufficient changing/ shower facilities with ample space to move among and within pods. Overall, It’s been a great training experience at this outlet and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to sign up.

I've been going to F45 Siglap (and Boat Quay and River Valley on occasion - all under the same membership) for over a year now and I am a big big fan! The trainers are super supportive and fun, and the workouts are refreshing and engaging. While it's worth taking some extra care with the more explosive moves, I find F45 to be the perfect mix of working out independently and with a trainer, and its kept me coming back for more. This is the longest I've ever kept to a gym membership! And I've seen results as well, the workouts are very effective (provided I keep up consistency). Shout out to Ali, April, Luciano, Silas and Vin - you guys make F45 an awesome experience for me!

The best place in Singapore to get a full body workout. Loads of different exercises every day, very attentive staff to guide you through proper form, equipment in excellent condition, and banging tunes to get you motivated. Also, no posing mirrors on the walls. Everyone feels comfortable pushing to their own limits here.
