★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious location filled with trainers that place your safety and ability as priorities over the number of reps you can bang out in a set. Trainers always take the time to correct your form despite the time crunch and I 1000% appreciate it!
Highly recommend for a heart-racing and sweat-filled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined F45 Ang Mo Kio Central in December 2020 and I weighed 96kg. Now I weigh 82kg. This remarkable change happened within just 2-3 months. Even though one session is just 45 minutes, it is very intense and challenging. The trainers also painstakingly go through all the exercises prior to a session and teach the regressive and progressive techniques so that participants of varied physical fitness and stamina could perform optimally at each station. The equipments are also brand new and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New F45 studio in AMK central which is conveniently located at Level 3 of the Big Mac Center. (Take the lift from the S11 foodcourt to Level 3.)
Clean and new equipments and the training experience has been positive so far. Hope this stays the same as consistency is key.
