It feels like you are not alone throughout your whole experience because everyone there is very supportive and always motivate one another. It’s tiring but it’s fun and rewarding at the end of each class :)

They encourage you to carry heavier weights when you look like you are not breaking a sweat. I really enjoy the sessions and have more self confidence after coming as the trainers are very motivating and positive. I never knew exercising could be so fun.

They are really nice and attentive, with constant check-ins as well. Classes are tiring - but you will definitely feel accomplished after the class. Enjoyable and motivating class, coupled with professional and dedicated team of trainers. Highly recommended! :)
