Iyengar Yoga Singapore Goldhill Centre - Goldhill Plaza (Podium Block) #02 - 31

It was not my favorite yoga class. I got 10 class ticket for my birthday gift, but I could go there 4 times. I’ve had yoga experiences for several years but I had never tried Iyengar yoga, so I tried beginner and level 1 class. They have all equipments you will need in the class such as belts, blocks, chars etc. I didn’t like the trainer. It was when I was learning upper limb stretching at the beginner class. The Indian trainer said I didnt feel much stretch because I’m doing wrong. The trainer corrected my pose but still I didn’t feel much stretch. She said to me that my basic is all wrong and left me.... Learning basic iyengar yoga class is the purpose of beginners class, but I couldn’t learn well from the trainer. I felt stressed and decided to do not go... I wish I could meet a good trainer, so I could learn more.
