★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knew Sam from his days at UFIT and saw that he was setting up this, thought it was rather apt timing as I was looking for a physio to help rehab my injured ankle.
Had Nick as my physio and right away he was very professional and friendly! We had a good chat during the initial meeting where he gave me simple but effective exercises I could incorporate into my warm ups before my training.
We worked on correcting my form and getting my ankle stronger so that I would not have pain especially as I was planning to squat heavy. He also helped me to work on being able to do a bulgarian split squat which I was constantly having trouble with due to the pain.
I'm actually going to miss the physio sessions but grateful for their help in rehabbing my ankle! :)
