★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 months on, my core and strength have markedly improved. Pull up, bodyweight dip and plank are no longer the dreads. They are now manageable, and enjoyable.
Haaziq's emphasis on details is key to my growth. These details are gold: They open a new world to the common exercises we have all done. I visit gym, but self-training on equipment couldn't beat the classes using our bodyweight alone. I did not know what I did not know, until I came to Start Station.
Haaziq is knowledgeable, approachable and very helpful. Classes could be strenuous, but the environment is relaxed. It has been an amazing fitness journey.
