β β β β β I really like the recipes from Bulletproof Blueprint. Itβs so delicious and informative compared to the other cookbooks out there. A particular favourite of mine is the Wheatgerm chicken.
The personal training is dedicated and I look forward to learn to be able to train intensively injury free.

β β β β β Coach Daniel is one of the most thoughtful fitness coaches I have ever known. Under his coaching, I have learnt so much about wellness and fitness, and how we can work smarter by getting our fitness level up in shape. His lessons are very well-structured and he would often go the extra mile to follow up during the week on our progress, and offer us training and eating tips as well. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to live their best healthy life!

β β β β β I suffered knee pain and right Achilles heel strain after running too much during CB. Under ZF's watchful eyes and conditioning over 3 months, I am now able to run pain free, improve my timing and comfortably did 10km recently without any issues. I am now a firm believer of using strength conditioning and training to improve sports performance.

Went through a series of painful and mentally challenging experiences in life that led me to alcoholism, loss of job and an unhealthy lifestyle. I stopped exercising totally after National service 6 years ago and gained weight substantially. As I was searching myself and the path to undertake, I realise that I should pursue a career that keeps me physically and mentally fit. I decided to join SAF and there were some pre-requisites to fulfil. Firstly I had to pass my ippt which was extremely challenging given the state of my body. Secondly I had to meet the BMI requirement given that I was overweight (90kg).
Fitness Journey/ Personal Trainer:-
As I was desperately preparing to get into shape, I wanted someone to train with. I thought that I should approach a fitness instructor to help me expedite the process as time wasnβt on my side. I approached Zhen Fong (Daniel) through Facebook and explained to him my situation. Even though I told him that I wonβt be able to afford personal training, he believed in me and gave me the option to pay when I could. He provided weight training, nutrition tips and referred me to a very professional physiotherapist (Jaden) when I had injuries. It was tough at first but I had to grind as much as I can almost everyday over at his place. Eventually, training under Zhen Fong (Daniel) became an enjoyable one as I passed my ippt and adopted a major calorie deficit diet to meet the BMI requirements. The process of training to clear ippt and losing weight in a short frame of time challenged me mentally as well. Zhen Fongβs (Daniel) motivational style of coaching perpetuated me to overcome the adversities I faced and sharpened my mental state as well. Words canβt comprehensively describe the journey I went through and the amount of gratitude I have for Zhen Fong (Daniel). Life is so much better now and Iβm going through Officer Cadet Training at the age of 32 currently.

β β β β β I joined Daniel and his team after a a few major surgeries for my lower back and neck and my ankle. And most recent( ard 9 months ago) a bile duct injury where I needed to be in the icu. After which I needed to relearn to walk and breathe. So initially before going to Daniel, I had very little expectations initially and my confidence was Low. But Daniel accessed my condition and structured a plan for me and I see myself getting stronger he motivated me to go further and believed in me to getting back to being stronger and better than normal. His plans are systematic and he works according to our bodyβs capabilities and inabilities which I felt were the most important factors for my road to recovery.
