Having "gym-hopped" a few times over the past year, I was hoping for a permanent "gym-home". During the consultation, I was pleased that Sam could relate to the issues/concerns that I raised. The enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism Sam displayed gave me confidence that he's the right trainer for me. Thus, I was naturally delighted and appreciative that he managed to take me in despite his packed schedule. 30 sessions and almost 3 months in, I have made steady progress under his guidance and I am excited to push on. The atmosphere here at Surge is really positive and it's a great place to pursue our fitness goals in. This is my virgin experience engaging a Personal Trainer. I was not an active gym, and the only exercises I did was weekend football. After speaking to the trainer, I was introduced to weight trainings and diet plannings. The regime was tailored to meet my lifestyle, expectations and goals, and I enjoyed every sessions. The sense of satisfaction in seeing my body’s transformation is simply incredible. In a span of 5 months, I have lost approx. 12kg and had cut down my body fat % to 10-12%. Special shout-out to my trainer, Paul Miranda! He is extremely professional, encouraging, and knowledgeable, and had help me achieve the fitness I have right now. He pushed me to my limits which surprises me sometimes. The level of professionalism and dedication he shows inspires me to work hard and push myself further.

Benny has been my personal trainer through Surge for a year and a half now. He's made coming to the gym fun and consistently has pushed me to lift heavier and aim higher with my strength goals. He's also taken time to talk about nutrition and my diet and even connected me to a nutritionist as I was experiencing issues with weight loss linked to hormone and cortisol imbalance. I would highly recommend Benny to anyone looking to get back into shape and fitness and looking to build strength and flexibility. He spends a lot of time making sure the technique of each exercise is perfected and has helped me build back confidence in my body !

I’ve been training with SURGE and my PT Danial for close 3 months now, and believe he is one of the experienced & committed trainers around not to mention the entire SURGE team. I started training 3 times a week and really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the personal one-on-one sessions. At the end of the day I am sore it means its working. Danial is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve since lost 10kg. I have seen major improvements and able to lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: - He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. - Meticulously monitors my diet. - He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I would recommend Danial & the SURGE team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.

Very friendly and approachable staff. They really care about improving your strength and establishing a healthy routine. After simply 4 months of training with Jayson, I could already see a positive change in my body and lifestyle. He’s been the most comfortable to share my struggles and motivations with, and has really focused on pushing me to my best potential. I’ve lost over 12 kg since my first session, while maintaining a balanced diet accommodated by nutritious meals. Despite moving to the US, Jayson has continued to support me in my training by structuring a regiment I can continue here. My safety was always monitored and prioritized at Surge, but he still tried to challenge me to overcome my limits. Overall, a wonderful experience with the team and I definitely recommend the service to anyone interested in starting their own workout journey!

Training with Surge helped me to realize potential that I didn’t even know I had! Maria was a brilliant trainer, with the patience of a saint and an eye for detail that made me feel certain that I was performing each exercise correctly. I came to Surge having multiple injuries in my back and foot, and Maria took care for each individual exercise that I was moving with the correct posture. Now that I have safely strengthened the muscles in those problematic areas, I have had much fewer flare ups. Surge also helps you to work out not only hard, but smart! Maria guided me on the best way to run to attain fat loss, which meant that I needed to actually slow down (something I never thought I’d be told!) This helped me to actually run longer distances, and before I knew it, I was running 6km a day, while attaining my calorie burn goal and losing weight without feeling totally exhausted by the end of the run. At Surge, careful planning is taken into your diet regimen, as well as your sleep routine! Having Maria’s constant support was an invaluable resource, especially on the days where I struggled to find motivation. If you’re someone like me who needs outside support to realize your goals, I highly recommend checking out Surge! I completed my 6 month training program with trainer Maria Bondarenko and she has helped me achieve and exceed my goals. I joined Surge with the aim of weight loss but at the end of the program, I have gained much more. During the journey I also learned a lot about my body. I discussed with Maria about my scoliosis about she has help managed my chronic pain and offered to speak to my chiropractor to discuss suitable workouts that help to strengthen my back and improve core to avoid pain. She is also very knowledgeable in sharing food and nutrition tips and that have educated me in lifestyle and food choices such as eating the right protein, to reading food labels, exercise portion controls and be mindful of how my body reacts to each type of food. Overall I am very pleased with my body transformation and I hope to be able to maintain my physique. For anyone who is constantly thinking of that 6 packs and biceps , do not procrastinate, speak with the trainers and you can achieve this with Surge! Thank you Sam and Maria for making my fitness journey a success!
