FairPrice Finest Bedok Mall - 311 New Upper Changi Road B2

My family do our groceries at FairPrice all our lives and is a great supporter. I think this is an independent incident and I like to bring FairPrice management’s attention to a poor customer service experience on Jun 30, 2019 at FairPrice Finest Bedok Mall. We were at self checkout and after completing checkout, we noticed the 3 packs of vegetables we bought weren’t charged at the prices that was displayed at the vegetable station. It was supposed to be 3 for $3.95. However, the 3 packs were charged individually at $1.60, $1.60 & $1.95 separately. Usually we would just live with it and go home. However, when we felt that they should make the promotion clearer so that shoppers wouldn’t suffer the same confusion we did. We tried to point this staff at the self check out counter about the confusing pricing at this vegetable counter. We told them that there weren’t any individual pricing for each type of vegetables. It just said 3 for $3.95. We were responded many times quote “you have to pick the vegetables of the same prices”. We decided to leave but were told off “why raise your voice” We might not be very considerate by speaking loudly but we were reprimanded and we don’t think it is a great customer experience. And we were trying to help and we got s nasty response. We hope Fairprice’s management can look into this. Thanks

Deli section did not put price tag and sold me overpriced chicken. $11 for 2 small pieces of chicken steak.

Huge selections of most things from fruits to ice cream. Saturday mornings seems like the best time to shop as they stock the place full of fresh produce. Queue can be a bit long though.

Fresh food, wide variety of frozen food. My favourite supermarket to go to when I need any last minute item. They most probably will have it.

Bedok Mall FairPrice Finest has a super wide range of produce and selection. Staff all very friendly and if you can’t find anything, they will gladly bring you to the aisle. They have good cuts of beef at their meat section too, also served by helpful and friendly employees. Easy to locate items as aisle are properly labeled.

Located at the B2 of Bedok Mall, it has a good variety of food and groceries. Vegetables and fruits are good. The deli counter has a good variety of hams and the staff are friendly. There is also a sushi corner. There is another FairPrice Xtra at Bedok Central, which is a few minutes walk away.

Good variety of everyday items and premium items such as organic foodstuff. Butchery section is of good quality, by Culina.

Really disappointed with this outlet as they mix halal and non halal items in their freezers. I have spoken to many staff who didn't even take any action . If the blood of the non halal food touches any halal product, it renders it totally invalid and it becomes no longer halal. Please be sensitive to other people religions and customs. This is not the first time seeing such items. Unacceptable. I will gladly not patronize FairPrice any longer should there be no action taken. !!!
