โ โ โ โ โ Extremely pleased with this outlet here at Bedok Mall. Especially so with the florist Eileen who was nothing but a joy to talk to when choosing deciding what to get.
I've gotten the tulip bouquet for my partner for Valentine's and she absolutely loved it! So I guess that's a good thing.
Flowers were treated with much care and it can be see from the freshness accompanied with the smell, and how balanced the look is achieved by managing the height of the flowers (I'm no expert) just that it looks good. It was a well worth purchase.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a wedding bouquet here, the lady knew this was once in a lifetime event and gave detailed advice together with a few options for the occasion. Not only did she educate me on the origins of the different flowers, she even asked abt our outfits so that the colours will match.
We walked in with a creative idea for the bouquet and she was accommodating to work through all options to work it out.
Furthermore, it was quite a late order, and she worked to make it happen in a few days. Other places would have plainly turned it down.
So for any noobs who seek a nice bunch of flowers and need professional advice to match the budget for the occasion, come to this place and buy something in peace and joy.

โ โ โ โ โ Overpriced and unhelpful service. I went in asking about a humble bouquet and the attendant suggested an $80 one. Tried to clarify I wanted something inexpensive and she just went to another marginally less costly one, until I finally spent more than I should have. Next time I will go to the nursery down the street, where there are live potted roses for sale at a fraction of what I paid.
