★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their passport photo taking skill really cannot make it. My shirt collar was uneven and they did not even bother to inform me. Worst still my ears were not even in the pic. Save your $10, take the photo by yourself and use some photo editor on the photo. It will turn out much better.

Worst service seen ever. The person at cashier don’t even respond to you. Only use nod head and shake head???!!!! Totally unreasonable.
And they said it is illegal to edit photo? Do NOT approach them if you want nice photo. They just anyhow take and say it’s illegal to edit photo and suck your money. No business ethics AT ALL!!!!
Will never use their service again! Super expensive and unreasonable.

Told to wait for email 10 mins..
Was carrying my toddler as sgd didt want to sit .30 mins later no mail..5.30 went to her she says don't need to come..she will email..she closed 8 or 9..
6 a clock, she has long queue and tells me dint come...she mail..6.30 pm..see on table everyone else done..she see me and starts doing...my wife cones and she says email already..we just received... horror was poor editing..
Screwed up service.. better take photo at home then to pay for Garbage

Charging $24 for developing the negatives and email the photos, exactly the same deliverables you can achieve it at @15 in parkway parade
