★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time buying their Earthquake Toast at Bedok Mall outlet and noticed that the entire loaf of bread was badly burnt!!! Entire crust was dark brown, almost soot black. How could BreadTalk display burnt breads on their shelf which is not even fit for human consumption? Please be more ethical in your business practices and spare a thought for your customers. Burnt food should be disposed of immediately. To think that BreadTalk would still harbour the intention of profiting from such trash... unethical and despicable! Thumbs down!!! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this Toast Box branch is the bespectacled young lady standing up front , leading people to their seats. She’s always cheerful, polite and just brightens up my day (especially needed for this morning since they got my orders wrong and the coffee was weak).
Her service is just top notch, and this Toast Box branch is all the better because of her !
