His staff is another story though, but we will still support Dr Hui

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Doctor John since Year 2008. He is friendly and professional unlike other GP doctors that I have seen. While the interior decorations may not be as Atas like the other clinics, the service & medical standards makes up for it. Even though I have moved out of AMK, I still comes back to Doctor John when I'm ill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Hui is the most friendly GP I have met. He will address all your concerns and even replies to emails sent to him when you have any questions. Though waiting time can be a bit long. His nurses are also ok, Quite friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is fine but the waiting time for everything is very long. Doesn’t make sense to ask someone to come at 1030 but until 1115 still not yet be seen. May as well don’t implement registration system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous clinic assistant. Bring my kids to see doc with health booklet, student ID and Chas card. Clinic assistant say cannot accept they only accept birth cert.. Nonsense.. There is one whole stretch of clinic along the blk.. Skip this place, went to the next door clinic no problem at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously the worst clinic we have been to - the doc is good but the nurses are near unbearable.. the waiting time for anything is crazy. They have 3 nurses, no patients yet u wait 15 min for medicine.. and another 15 min if you decide to say "i dont need panadol can remove"... n best u r chased out of the clinic for no reason (no fever no covid) n asked to wait outside till the nurse comes and rants "go to the backdoor now now now". Really it's crazy when u r sick n this happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Hui is very patient and professional. I did a swab test at the back door.
He is very hands -on , even saw him clean the chair too and the area.
Everyone shd call them before going down to the clinic. Save a lot of time.
From the time the nurse called me to go down to take swab test to end of process, total is 25- 30min.
