β β β β β Years back, I remembered I had a bad sore throat and I went to the company's doctor at Shenton Medical. The doctor twice dismissed it as a normal soar throat, prescribed some lozenges and sent me off. I needed a second opinion as I did not get better. It is Doctor Clement Lai who correctly diagnosed it as a Quinsy throat. I went to the hospital shortly after and had the abscess removed. He is a trustworthy person and my whole family has always regarded him as our family doctor. From extracting fish bone in throat for my dad to stitching my mum up after a bad fall, he has always helped us. We have privilege of his consultation each time and we will continue to seek his consultation. Now and in the future.

β β β β β Dr. Lai and his staff are very polite, professional and attentive. I live in this estate for over a decade and visited several clinics in Holland Village. Dr. Lai is the best doctor I have consulted in this estate; he takes time to listen and provide advice. If you are unwell, you are in good hands with such professional doctor and clinic staff. Prices are reasonable.

β β β β β Finally, I found a doctor who is attentive, professional and kind. Dr. Lai takes the time and trouble to understand his patient; he offer tips on healthy living and go beyond simply treating your illness. His reception staff is friendly and professional too. Overall, the visit to this clinic is great!

β β β β β Though the waiting time is a little long due to number of patients, the admin is quite polite and helpful. She even help elderly who faces issue with trace together registration and health declaration.
Doc Lai is very clear on what he will be doing for me for cutton budd stuck deep inside my ear. The charges, the risk etc. The small procedure was done in like 2 mins. He even charges less as he honestly mention that the procedure is completed easier than he expected.
