R	RGSEVEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually, the food here is quite good but the reason why I choose to give such low rating is due to the attitude of the staff here. Whether I order from Grab or simply take away, the staff here are very unwilling to carry out tasks properly. There were many times where my order had missing bread roll or coleslaw. Sometimes, there would be no chilli sauce. Once they simply swapped the side dishes with 2 servings of mash potato. Its clear that they cannot be bothered with their work. No matter how many times I requested for cutlery, the staff at Fatty Bom Bom never fulfil it. To add on, when I dined in, the counter staff appeared rude and too annoyed to work. Perhaps the staff here are forced to work without pay or they cannot understand simple instructions. I am bringing my business elsewhere.

I’ve worked in the F&B industry before so I understand that the cashier might have had a long and tiring day whatsoever, but it was not of reason for the way he interacted. Furthermore, the food I ordered caught me by surprise. I ordered the Fatty Bom Steak meal, and for the first time in my life, I have been introduced to a new type of doneness of the beef: badly done. It was so bad that it felt like I was chewing rubber itself in my mouth as if it was training my jawline. Overall, it was a very terrible experience, and I hope they can re-assess their standards for a store which is a whole franchise with different branches all around Singapore.

V	Vegas Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful food for a low price! Ordered the lamb steak and JERRY fries for lunch to go. The lamb was slightly over cooked but the flavors were great! The JERRY fries were cold and tastes normal. Would recommend the beef or lamb steak.

Though, the burger bun was a little soft and spongey (I believe need to replace with a better bun), it was still a filling meal for me. Still, it would be much better with a “better bun”. Accessibility: Just a few walks away from Clementi MRT. Service: The staff/cook was polite and friendly. Price: Quite reasonable
