โ โ โ โ โ same issue with reception staff and time. called to ask for swab timings, was told last appt at 3pm, hurried down to make it at 250. registered and waited. confirmed that yep this clinic does swabs. andddd waited --- by 320 pm, whoops, the swab nurse has gone back! and no one had the decency to mention that for the last 20 minutes while I was waiting for consult -- which I don't need, being a hcw with urti.
could have done better.

โ โ โ โ โ Long waiting time, however Doctor is good, patient. But the service is unbelievably POOR! I paid deposit (actually was full amount for 2 dosages) for two doses of hep B vaccines, took the first and when I went back for the second, ended up telling me that I hav to wait most likely two weeks until they get new stocks for the vaccines as their staffs had given my 2nd dose of vaccine to another one! Disappointed and so unprofessional ! and they told me thereโs no effect even if I take my 2nd dose 1 months later, are you joking?!

โ โ โ โ โ Just want to warn people to think thrice before doing a PCR test there ! I have done a fair share of PCR tests as my job requires it, but never had I been so traumatised by it as this morning, the swabbing went so deep that I was really worried that it will damage my nerves and when asked, the nurse jus replied nonchalantly that its supposed to be so , swabbing deeper doesn't equate to greater accuracy ! I m very alarmed by the incompetence of the staff !

Recommend to take number at least 1 hour b4 closing as they may turn down patients if queue long.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr.Lee and Dr.Chong have been our family doctors for years. They are really friendly and very experienced doctors. Unfortunately, the service from one of the staff is poor. She is blunt, unfriendly and impatient. Very sad, really takes the joy out saying hello to the doctors whenever we have to consult them.

โ โ โ โ โ Very very slow. Just 2 persons ahead of me but waited so long. It took me 1 hour at the clinic. The nurse could have just helped to do ART test first since knowing I have cough. But she didn't, until 10mins after seeing doctor.
The first thing at the clinic I checked and confirmed that the insurance is covered. But still wanted to charged me for medical fee and blamed me that never told them upfront.
