★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude staffs, says their registration closed at 230 on the phone but tried to cut me off at 210pm. Started grilling me before I registered about my symptoms and started shouting loudly about what I had. Made me wait super long because I was the “last” customer. Never coming here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lim is super friendly nice and patient!! I went on a weekday late afternoon, clinic was so peaceful and less crowded. Was a pleasant experience taking my vaccine, was painless as Dr lim was very experienced. Thank you and well done team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. I have been there more than once now for various issues and the doctors and the staff have been very helpful. I would especially like to commend Dr Lim JH who has always been very polite and caring towards the patients and has proved that he is ready to go an extra mile for them. A true family practitioner indeed. Keep up the good work guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude front counter staff. I have booked my appt at 930 arrived here sharp on time and they told me i was late because i’m waiting for her to finish her other patients. Ridiculous. Upon waiting for 15 mins the doctor served other patients and still isn’t my turn . So what’s the point of making appointment and coming on time. Please don’t come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doc at the clinic is very patience, professional and kind , can’t remember the exact surname of the doc, might be dr Khoo (starts with K I think). I brought my daughter there a few months ago, he was very clear when explaining the cause and cure of symptoms. It could have been a 5 stars experience, however the receptionist auntie was very rude and nasty to the foreigners workers, she was shouting and embarrassing them which I felt very uncomfortable n unnecessary. My helper went there today for medical check up and got reprimanded and was asked to go another clinic to do the check up instead.
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

Clean and spacious. Like that I don't have to wait outside like at the Mediline Wei Min center.
Also like that I can pay however I like. PayNow, credit card, cash or with cash card.
Doctor was was patient and didn't just rush you out.
Definitely will skip the queue from next door and enjoy the more pleasant atmosphere at the Kensington Family Clinic.
