★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longkang fishing is little expensive at $12 an hour and the pond is pretty small, but its conveniently located at the top level of bugis+. Extra $3 to for a tank+net set. ($1 to rent a tank, catch and release) Decent amount of fish especially after the top up midway through our session. Staff were helpful and explained the rules clearly. Overall an excellent experience. However there were about 3 dead fish floating around and the floor can be pretty slippery at certain areas due to the build up of algae. Remember to release extra fish back into the pond before getting your fish packed up into a plastic bag or you will be charged additional $0.50 per fish, as you are only allowed to bring home a maximum of 18 fish. Staff also gave me tips on how to care for the fishes. Will come back again if im in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about prawning as this review is written for longkang fishing for kids. Pond was almost empty with just a few fishes on a Saturday. Paid $13 per hour. Requested for fishes to be topped up and the cashier said that the person responsible for topping up the fishes is having lunch. I did not want to disturb the person so I requested for her to top up the fishes as we have a time limit and the time is still running. She told me “anyway you can only bring back 18 fishes so there’s no need to top up the fishes now”. Firstly, I’m paying for the experience and not the fishes. And note that the number of fishes before the top up was less than 10 fishes to the naked eye. The top up was probably just another 15-20 fishes. Many times we had to throw the fishes we caught back into the pond so my boy can “have” fishes to catch. There are better longkang fishing places for mummies looking to bring their kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my kids on a Sunday. We rented 2 rods for an hour. Managed to catch 3 prawns. In between, the shop started to throw in some live crabs. But didn’t managed to catch any and our time is up. The drinking bundle there was good. 5 bottles of beer for $38.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longkang fishing was a little pricey. Paid $12/hr + $5 (net + tank). Topping up of fishes happened twice. But we had like 6 kids chasing after the fishes. I think my son ended up catching more dead fish than live fish. Overall, ok experience. The guy was nice enough to bring back the fish in the plastic bag with oxygen.
