Food was good could be better☺️overall experience ambience excellent!! Staff and Manager on ground was very efficient in handling customer feedback on food. Good job

Have not been to this plc, for almost 2 years, since covid 19. The bubbly manageress (Dawn) brought us to our seat. She was cheerful and lively, telling us the soup of the day and even recommend skme dishes. I would say not much service staff know how to upsell their product. She recommend the broth pot, she recommend the caribbean cajun spice. However as I am not well have to skip the spice. So she suggested to have the bouillabaisse, since I am allergy to tomato due to my GERD (acid reflux), so have to skip and took the cheese instead, with white baits as the appertizer. Normally we would just go for the seafood platter for 2, but we skip and try the broth. After 10mins our broth came, as we dig in, we noticed that the cheese do contain tomato. One of the manager a tall slim guy came to our table to check on us. Asking if food and service is ok? Told him of my allergy, he apologize and inform Dawn. Dawn came to our table and apologize, from look of her face, she was sincere in apologizing. She wanted to do a service recovery by replacing the dish or change of dish. However we decline and told her just bring us jug of ice water for me sustained the GERD. She check on us every now and than to ensure that I am ok. Told her not to worry. She also ensure the staff clear those dirty shell on the side plate away, however I told them not too. Service was above par, friendly and attentives.The only set back is the seafood was overdone. When it is bakes or roasted. Overall I would have given 5 stars, but the overcook seafood, spoilts it. Hope they look into it and probably improvize it with grill??

Of all the fish and co branches I visited, I must say that the one at Tampines One has to be the best. This is the place that I willing to pay the service charge with no complaint. From the supervisor to the cashier and waiters, they were all very attentive and polite. This is a rare thing for restaurants in Singapore. Best of all, the food is good. We tried the chicken pasta and the seafood broth (tomato favoured). The pasta noodles was cooked perfectly and the sauce was not too salty, with right amount of seasoning. The highlight for us is the broth; a oval shaped bowl filled with prawns, clams, mussels, scallops soaked in deliciously light tomato broth with a tint of chilli taste. It’s a Spacious restaurant with 2 floors, so next time I want to try dinning at the second floor!

Great customer service by one of the Chinese female staff with short hair. She was polite and attentive. Food is delicious. However, I think they reduced the menu items. I remember Fish & Co. having more than just two kind of platters. Food was served within 20mins.

The fish & co at Tampines One has to be one of the best Restaurant I have been to. The service provided by the staff was excellent. One of them by the name of Lynda stood out among the rest & provided an excellent service I should say. She saw me & my cousin struggling with the menu & promptly offered to help us who is not do tech savvy. The food recommended was delicious. We had some salad & mushroom soup. The spaghetti soft shell crab was good. The portion was big. The seafood platter was good too . Nothing beats a good meal with excellent service. Highly recommended.

The food consistency was good, and I enjoyed the food. It would have been a five-star experience, but I removed one star. The reason was, I was allocated to a noisy location and seated side by side (even though there were plenty of empty tables available during my visit). Service side should be more thoughtful.

One of the longest serving seafood speciality places, most would’ve had food here at least once. Noticed a slight dip in the quality of the food served at Fish & Co. The grilled seafood platter came a little overdone, seafood items burnt to a crisp: dry and had whiffs of the burnt flavour. Broth pots are way better, our personal favourite. Fresh seafood that’s not overcooked, much better! :)

My last visit to Fish & Co should be more than a year ago, was pleased to know that the standard and quality of food had remained as good as ever. Service was impeccable - the servers were attentive and prompt to respond to your needs. Food also arrived quickly, below the estimated waiting time informed to us by the servers. Great experience here and will definitely visit again.
