Absolutely awful. The chicken was dry and dreadful. I am actually ashamed at myself for how angry I got eating this; imagine if someone found out my super villain origin story was because I ate some lousy chicken.

Terrible Mee sua, fried chicken and peach tea. Not sure why it tastes so different than other Hot Star Shops in other countries. Shihlin taiwanese food is even better than them. So disappointing.

Bought a 鹽酥雞 today (10 Mar), the chicken meat is not even juicy... its just a lump of stale hard meat, worse than those in Pasar Malam, despite it being famous. Standard of Hotstar really drop big time. Sorry to say, you decrease 1 of your real 粉絲.

Conveniently located in the neighbourhood heartland of Tampines one walking distance from covered pathways connecting to Tampines Interchange EW and DT MRT lines. Covered pathways to at lease 5 other major shopping centres with plenty of shopping dinning banking postage library postage supermarkets entertainment cinemas community centre varieties of services facilities and amenities nearby. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

For the 99th time i ordered from the ah boy, my spicy become no spicy. Tried to emphasize but he purposely go against me. Sadge

Please change the guy worker! I enjoyed the foods but HONESTLY I have so many worse experiences with that fat guy. Foods tasted worse when cooked by him! Scenario 1: around evening time there’s ady a queue in front of the counter, we waited for him to take our orders but the guy was hiding behind the kitchen and pretend not to see us until I shout for order! Even during ordering his attitude is really really bad! Scenario 2: around afternoon I went again to order but there’s nobody inside the store but the all the machines were on, no signs as well! At first I tot maybe is toilet break I waited for half an hour and still nobody come back! Eventually I gave up buying. Scenario 3: it also happened around afternoon time, I guess he was late to work and it’s almost 12pm he haven’t even start the frying machine and ask me to go around and come back 10min later. I did come back 10min later but the food the gave me is overfry and super oily until the packaging was broken, he folded the chicken and it looks super disgusting! Again his attitude is really terrible at the same time too!! That’s still many many worse experience left to be published, I felt this guy worker is having attitude issue and not sincere to work, seems like he only appear to earn the salary. So please change the worker before this goes to my backlists. I’m so so disappointed, never really finish the foods cause it’s really disgusting and feels like I just throw my money into the trash bin!!

Their XL cutlets have now become XS, size decrease by more than 50%. Chicken tastes quite stale and not well fried. Used to be a regular customer. Sadly wont be buying from them ever again
