★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Reception staff are very rude. They just toss your membership card on the counter and walk away. Make you feel extremely unwelcome.
2. Staff arbitarily stopped me from registering for a class without giving a good explanation. Feedback to GM who promised to call back but never did. I guess the culture starts from top down.
3. Shower room is very dirty, with sweaty clothes and towels strewn everywhere.
4. Steam bath smells like a wet dog, disgusting.
Would advise anyone to think twice before signing up. Already regretted signing up myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception lady defines rules that are not applied in other branches. She has decided that people should leave the gym when their time slot are finished. Ok fine, but if this is the rule why other branches violate against it, other wise she has no right to define rules by herself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely one of the smaller branches of FF that I have been to. The changing room is on the second floor. Would not recommend if you're planning to do leg day here. The climb up the stairs will be arduous. Despite the smaller space, there seems to be sufficient equipment for everyone. Not particularly crowded on a weekend evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome gym! Perfect hygiene, great equipment, even during peak hours there is still enough room to work out. Mind you, it does not have a pool like some of its sister locations, but the excellent weight area more than makes up for that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's accessible and there's a few food shop to grab some food before heading for gym. So that you could grab a bite or have it right after workout. It wasn't too crowded for today and able to use all equipment without waiting.
