★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took their trial lessons with Gene and it was fun! Real workout that's not too scary. Gene was encouraging. 50 minutes flew past in a flash when I'm in his class. It was really tough for me as a beginner to bouncing. Bouncing is not jumping. Bouncing as a beginner with hands coordination are really tough for me. But every time I go, I improve. Every minute I keep going, my body is getting stronger. ???
Lady at counter was equally friendly and professional. She was a great help during my first 2 trial sessions. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really love this place! It’s sorta like a club? But a gym? Instructors are professional too. Most fun workout ever. The only downside would be the lack of a changing room/ toilet facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High-energy classes every time! Sessions are not easy but you are guaranteed to get a great workout. The staff is friendly and the studio provides towels and cold water, too. There is no need to buy a subscription and there is no hard selling, which is a big plus.
As noted by others, the only downside is that there are no changing rooms and washrooms on site. I am curious to try the other studio near Orchard.
