Great massage

Been having lower back pain I guess from prolonged sitting in front of the computer so decided to try sports massage. Setting an appointment was easy and during form filling was asked to mark on a diagram my areas of concern for the therapist to address. After confirming I was then sent an SMS reminder with time and location (I did mine at Liang Seah St but understand they have one at Tanjong pagar too). My therapist Elly was super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the 1.5hr session. She regularly checked how I was feeling or adjusted the pressure if I signalled any discomfort. The massage was for full body with more attention given to the areas that would help with my lower back pain. It felt so much better immediately after the session but Elly advised that I need to also do stretches at home so the pain doesn't return, so the session ended with her demonstrating the stretches and making sure I do it correctly. Elly even followed up with a reminder the next day and sent a PDF with pictures to refer to. She genuinely cares about making her clients feel better during and after the treatment and I look forward to future sessions with Elly. Hope this review helps other people having back pain too but would just like to point out I don't have other medical issues so for those who do, you should of course check with your doctor first if advisable to go for massage.
